Finca Setzer has committed to plant, harvest and process coffee of the highest  quality, as well as other 100% organic agricultural products.

The farm is located within the municipality of Yajalón in Chiapas. The  varieties of coffee found in our farm are Márago, Catimor, Catuai and Sarchimor, the  plantations are between 1,000 and 1,400 meters above sea level, making it a 100% high altitude coffee.

For the shade of the coffee plantations, special trees are used, such as Tzelel, Chalum and different varieties of Ingas and bananas. The plantations are shaded, since in this way we maintain the flora and  fauna of the region, mostly birds and rodents.

Likewise, to keep the coffee 100% organic, we avoid the use of chemical fertilizers and  we make compost based on coffee pulp, we also produce earthworm humus, which we use as a natural fertilizer.
